Specialized support for adults navigating anxiety and OCD, particularly when symptoms interact with autistic experiences

You will gain tools to understand your experience, respond with self-compassion, and make meaningful changes — even when it is hard.

Your information will never be shared with anyone.

How I can help

I provide focused psychological assessments for adults seeking greater clarity around anxiety, obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors, and autism, as well as broader diagnostic clarification when symptoms are complex or overlapping. Assessments include semi-structured clinical interviews and questionnaires, a written report, and feedback to support understanding and next steps. Whether you are pursuing a diagnosis, seeking treatment guidance, or both, assessment can offer valuable insight.

Psychological Assessment

I offer telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders - particularly among neurodiverse individuals - using evidence-based approaches grounded in the cognitive-behavioral tradition. My style is structured, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Therapy will be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based and may include: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills (DBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and mindful self-compassion. It may also include elements from Mentalization-based Therapy (MBT). Above all, I strive to provide care that is affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in mutual respect.
